Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase or most recent renewal.

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all paid plans: Plus, Pro, Teams, and Enterprise.

Free trial periods are not eligible for refunds as no payment has been made.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team using one of the following methods:

Email: Send a refund request to support@syntrimeet.com with your account email and the reason for your request.

In-App: Navigate to Settings > Billing > Request Refund in your SyntriMeet account.

Contact Form: Visit https://syntrimeet.com/contact and select "Billing & Refunds" as the subject.

Please include your account email address and subscription details to help us process your request quickly.

Processing Timeline

We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days of receiving your request.

Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

During the processing period, your account will remain active. Access to the Service will be adjusted to reflect the refund once processed.

Exceptions

While we strive to accommodate all refund requests within the 30-day window, the following exceptions apply:

Abuse: Accounts found to be abusing the refund policy (e.g., repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles) may be denied refunds and/or have their accounts suspended.

Chargebacks: If you file a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we may not be able to process a direct refund. We encourage you to contact us first for a faster resolution.

Add-ons & Extras: One-time purchases or add-on features may have separate refund terms as specified at the time of purchase.

Enterprise Plans: Custom enterprise agreements may have specific refund terms as outlined in the individual contract.

Annual Plan Refunds

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase or renewal.

After the 30-day guarantee period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the term. However, you may cancel to prevent auto-renewal at the end of the current billing period.

If you downgrade from an annual plan to a monthly plan within 30 days, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the annual subscription.

If you upgrade from a monthly plan to an annual plan, the 30-day guarantee resets from the date of the annual purchase.
