By accessing or using the SyntriMeet service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Syntrigen Tech Private Limited ("SyntriMeet", "we", "us", or "our"). We may update these Terms from time to time, and will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the Service and contact us to close your account.

To use SyntriMeet, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. If you are creating an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@syntrimeet.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or are inactive for an extended period (12+ months on free trials).

SyntriMeet offers several subscription plans: Plus, Pro, Teams, and Enterprise. Each plan provides different features and usage limits as described on our pricing page.

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen billing cycle. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 30-day money-back guarantee period, except as required by law.

We may change our pricing from time to time. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect on your next renewal.

If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment continues to fail after multiple attempts, your account may be downgraded or suspended until payment is resolved.

You agree to use SyntriMeet only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Use the Service to record, transcribe, or process meetings without the knowledge and consent of all participants, where such consent is required by applicable law.

Use the Service to store, transmit, or process content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems and networks.

Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our express written permission.

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of your account.

The Service, including all software, content, designs, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Syntrigen Tech Private Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate through the Service, including meeting transcripts, summaries, and notes. We claim no ownership over your content.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We may use anonymized, aggregated data derived from your usage to improve our Service, train AI models, and develop new features. This data cannot be used to identify you or your organization.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, available at syntrimeet.com/privacy, describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have obtained all necessary consents from meeting participants before using SyntriMeet to record or transcribe their conversations.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Transcription accuracy may vary depending on audio quality, accents, background noise, and other factors.

AI-generated summaries, action items, and insights are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole record of a meeting. We recommend reviewing AI outputs for accuracy.

We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information generated by the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNTRIGEN TECH PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or our legitimate business interests (such as fraud prevention). You may request a data export before account deletion.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall take place in Bangalore, India.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
